There is a separate building for the Doctor and Child. Doctor is always available
in the office hour. So any kind of Medical emergency or treatment required is giving
free to the employee.
The women employee when they get pregnant are getting full treatment free and also
getting maternity leave for three months with payment.
For the employee’s kid are taken care of by the child care. Kid’s meal, education
and medical treatment provide free by the AJI from the child care.
The employee’s kid whose age is less then a year gets opportunity for 15 minutes
on every two hour time to breast feed the baby after every two hour. More then a
year kid stay on Child Care and feed by the nurse.
