Before I start my company I prepared myself to be fit in the company. I took my
profession as an Operator in Garments Industry to gain the knowledge of raw level
work and to get the knowledge of production on the decade of 1980. I set myself
as a Production Manager from the operator by achieving enormous improvised knowledge
of production. Then I felt myself as I’m capable of going to the International Fashion
Arena and opened a Garment Factory and start AJI Apparels Industry Limited in the
year of 1995 in a small scale industry
From that small scale I have my own premises of my own and make 2 (two) other company
situated at Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I start another FRM Fashion House
Limited then Polo Composite Knit Industry Limited. Polo Composite Knit industry
has Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, Embroidery and Wash Unit. It’s a total composite
industry.
My success also depends of some more attribute like support of our principle, the
team work and the mutual trust fostered with in the organization. I have made my
company people with my knowledge and they also improvised the knowledge in their
way to make the company in better situation providing better service and loyalty
to the client.
As the changes of the world we have the confidence to meet future challenges with
more promises to offer.
